David Higham

David Higham is the owner of Higham Ventures LLC.  He is a native of Toms River, NJ.  He graduated from Toms River High School North.  David holds a BS in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Elon University.
                               
 During his sophomore year at Elon University, he opened American Music ‘The Guitar Geeks’ at Colonial Mall Burlington.  Since then his company has grown to include: Yo!Zone, For Every Season, Kelly & Pavel Design, Granny’s Goodies, Holly Hill Photography, Rudolph & Me and ElonGifts.com.  He also teaches part time at Elon University.
                               
David is involved in his community.  He was a member of the Burlington NC Minimum Housing Commission, was the President of The Periclean Foundation, former President of
the Grove Park HOA and an Eagle Scout.  In his free time, David likes to travel, bike, kayak, ski and golf. 

Hailey Dorminy

Director of Operations

Hailey Dorminy is the Director of Operations for Higham Ventures, LLC. She was born and raised in Alamance County and graduated from Eastern Alamance High School. Hailey attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro after high school.

Hailey was part of many sport organizations throughout the years, whether it was playing or coaching. In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling and golfing.

Kagney Carr

Director of Sales and Marketing

Kagney Colbert-Carr is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Higham Ventures, LLC.  He was born and raised in Murphy, NC and graduated from Murphy High School.  Kagney attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill after high school.

Kagney has a background in marketing strategy, social media, music, and is an avid basketball fan.   In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, traveling, and various sports activities.
